As Digital Copywriter at On (aka On Running), I wrote EDMs for our global audience. From big brand moments and athlete stories to new product launches, I worked with the CRM team to craft compelling, clickable emails that outperformed targets week on week. One of my best-performing emails drove $1.3 million in revenue with a conversion rate of 6.7% for On’s North American audience – all while maintaining premium brand positioning.
